After I moved to Denver, CO, I happened to be back east visiting Nashville and had a chance to head south a bit and meet Jody in Chattanooga. Jody fried up some okra and made some biscuits. I’d brought some Palisade peaches with me for the occasion so we had some fusion shortcake.
